When I got back into coin collecting in 1999 (after the State
Quarter craze sparked my interest again), I did quite a bit of
buying on Ebay. After getting cheated a few times, and getting
questionable quality coins, I looked to find another source for my
coins and supplies. Fortunately I found a GREAT dealer in
Robinson's Coins/cointown.com. They are some of the nicest,
friendliest people I've ever met in the coin business. I've
bought quite a number of coins from inexpensive to key date. I've
been completely satisfied with the quality of the coins, the price
and the service every time. I would recommend them to anyone
looking for a local or on-line store to shop for their coin needs.

 BELOW IS PARTIAL CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN PAUL BUSH, A US
NAVY SERVICEMAN STATIONED IN JAPAN AND COINTOWN.COM...
When inquiring at the local Post Office as to the shipping
charges to Japan we were told they would be between $25
and $36 for the order and could take up to 6 weeks for
delivery... PB: I am in the military stationed overseas. My mailbox is
a Fleet Post Office address which is based in California.
Is the additional shipping fee necessary? I am just
wondering. I have bought items from other companies and
received mail similar to what you are asking. Your
assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
CT: Your order was shipped today 2-20-04. The cost was
$13.60. That is a lot better than what I was told
yesterday. It was sent to California and should be there
within 2-3 days. It is then left up to the military to
get it to you. I guess it depends on who you deal with at
the Post Office and who knows how to ship to military
overseas. Do not worry about the extra postage.
